The new deal will keep the 38-year-old at the club until the summer of 2011.
A statement on Inter Milan’s official website reads: “F.C Internazionale and Paolo Orlandoni communicate with reciprocal satisfaction the agreement for the renewal of his contract that will tie him to the club until June 2011.”
Orlandoni is behind Francesco Toldo and Julio Cesar in the pecking order at the San Siro.
