The Greek side have accepted an offer of £215,000 for the youngster, who will be a free agent in June.
“We accepted the offer of Everton and Apostollos Vellios will fly to England,” read a statement from Iraklis on Friday.
“In the next few days we will give more details about the transfer. We wish all the best to Apostolos at this huge step of his career.”
