Halliche has made just two substitute appearances for Fulham since joining the club from Benfica in the summer of 2010.
Jol told the Fulham & Hammersmith Chronicle: “I’ve got five centre-backs – he’s a good player but I haven’t used him.
“He told me at the start of the season (he needs to play), and it’s the same story now.
“There’s a few options so we’ll have to wait and see what happens.”
