Dellafiore has spent the last two season on loan at Torino from Palermo.
Palermo has transfer listed the defender, ahead of the summer transfer market.
“Hernan is close to the Gialloblu, although nothing has been defined yet,” said the player’s agent, Filippo Cavadini.
“When a club comes forward to sign a youngster like Hernan it is just normal that other sides from the same League try to interfere.”
