The 30-year-old impressed in Hoffenheim’s 1-0 defeat to Bayer Leverkusen at the weekend.
“Normally when you make saves like that, then you are a national team player,” he said.
“I am ready and cannot make saves any better than I did today. If you could not see today how good I am, then you never will.”
