Gago’s agent, Zoran Vekic, says a move to Italy in January depends on Real Madrid.
The 23-year-old has failed to get regular first-team action at the Bernabeu and would be interested in a move.
“It’s true, the player is liked in Italy,” Veckic told Calciomercato.it.
“I have not been contacted officially by any team. A possibility could arise from between now and January, but it all depends on Real Madrid, with whom he has a contract until 2013.
“Until Real Madrid say that want to sell him we will not be moving.”
