Jacobsen admits he is uncertain over his future after arriving as a free agent in August 2008.
“I want to stay but my contract is running down so I will have to wait and see if the club will offer me anything,” he told the Daily Star.
“I don’t know what the future holds after the summer.
“However, I love the club and I would like to stay.”
