The Dane has indicated that he might decide to leave the club in the summer in order to get more first-team action.
“It’s at the back of my mind that I don’t know what will happen after the summer,” Jacobsen told Danish daily Ekstra Bladet.
“What I need now are some more matches. The physical fitness is fine.”
