The 22-year-old is looking forward to the Old Firm clash and is looking to win silverware with his new club this season.
Juarez told Mediotiempo: “I am very happy, with a big expectation. I am going to a historical team, not only in Scotland, also in Europe.
“I know that in the last years they didn’t have so much success but I am going there to help the team to win titles.
“It’s an extra motivation for me to know what the local press has been talking about my arrival to Celtic.
“I am going to give all the best from me, dedication, effort and hard work. In addition, I will also try to put Mexico’s name as high as possible.”
He added: “The derby against Rangers is a match that is played with a very big expectation, it’s a match to be dead or alive.
