The Old Lady signed Melo for €20million plus Marco Marchionni, according to Sky Sport Italia.
Melo signed a new contract with Fiorentina last week with a €25million release clause that Juventus have now met.
The Brazilian has signed a five-year contract with Juventus worth €2.6million a year.
