Stefan Radu’s agent Victor Becali revealed earlier this week that City had made an offer for his client.
“Radu still has two years on his deal, but there is a concrete offer from Manchester City,” Becali told Lalaziosiamonoi.it.
“Roberto Mancini met my brother personally to speak about Radu during a Europa League match.”
Juventus are now reportedly ready to rival City in the battle to sign the 24-year-old.
