Martinez has joined the Romanian side on a one-year loan deal.
The 29-year-old has failed to make the expected impact at Juventus since joining the club from Catania in the summer of 2010.
Martinez spent time on loan at Cesena last season.
The midfielder’s current contract with Juventus is set to expire in the summer of 2014.
