The Old Lady brought in players such as Eljero Elia, Mirko Vucinic, Arturo Vidal, Marcelo Estigarribia and Emanuele Giaccherini in the summer transfer market.
“We had a satisfying transfer campaign, but we must always improve, and so we will operate in January if we need to,” Marotta told Sky Sport Italia.
“We did well, but in Italy you cannot spend €50 million on one player.”
