Keane told the Daily Mail: “I settled here ages ago. I was always settled at the clubs I have been at but, because of different circumstances, I had to move.
“I was settled at Wolves but I needed to play in the Premiership, simple as that. Coventry I had to leave because I couldn’t refuse an offer to play in Serie A, which I had always wanted to do.
“But I had to leave Inter because I wasn’t getting a game. Leeds I had to leave because the club were struggling financially.”
