Floccari joined Lazio from Genoa in a €9.5million on January 4 and has impressed in his four games for the club, scoring four goals.
The 28-year-old has tweaked the hamstring in his right leg and will miss the Coppa Italia clash with Fiorentina on Wednesday.
Floccari could return for the clash with Juventus on January 31.
