Cisse has recently been linked with a return to his former club Auxerre after having slipped down the pecking order at Lazio.
But Reja insists that the French forward remains part of his plans at Lazio.
“Cisse is not available for transfer,” the Lazio boss said.
“We won’t be carrying out any kind of transfer options in that area of the side.”
