The Biancocelesti has allready signed Rolando Bianchi from Manchester City and Stefan Radu from Dinamo Bucharest in the January transfer window.
Lazio want to sign Barzagli on loan until the end of the season. They will also have an option to sign him on a permanent basis for €13million.
