Presas is not part of the plans of Ajax coach Martin Jol and the Dutch side is ready to let the 29-year-old leave.
Presas could join Italian side Lazio in a €3.5million deal, according to Il Tempo.
The defender has previously this summer been linked with Real Mallorca and AEK Athens.
