Lotito insists that the best team lost, as a brace from Francesco Totti secured the win for Roma.
“I think the best team did not win,” Lotito told the press.
“Winning with a free-kick and then a penalty doesn’t mean that you are the stronger team.
“You win games and lose them too, but we are not moaning about anything.
“Roma won because of certain episodes, just like last time.
“Lazio though played very well.”
