Bell’s current contract expires at the end of the season and the goalkeeper has turned down an offer of a new deal from the club.
The 24-year-old has recently been linked with the likes of Liverpool and Rangers.
“Cameron has turned down a contract offer from Kilmarnock and as it stands he will be leaving on a free transfer,” Trafford told Sky Sports.
“Cameron is now considering his options as he will be a free agent when his contract expires.
“There are a number of Premier League and Championship clubs who have shown an interest in Cameron and we will see what offers come his way before making a decision on his future.”
