Reports have suggested Gerrard could retire from England following their poor performance at the World Cup in South Africa.
“There’s no way I want the disappointment of the Germany game to be my last match for England,” said Gerrard.
“It was such a low, I’m determined to do as much as I can to make amends for what happened at the World Cup.
“I fully expect there to be a lot of changes to the next squad and it’s up to the manager whether I’m selected, but I’m going to continue to make myself available for my country.”
