Torres could be handed a run-ou in Spain’s friendly with Poland on Tuesday.
“We have good feeling about (Torres),” Del Bosque said.
“I hope he can play a bit on Tuesday against Poland in order to head into the final stages of preparation in the best condition.
“It’s not something that has surprised us because we knew beforehand that we would have this situation with Fernando, but I have faith he will be fine for the World Cup.”
