Adiyiah has agreed personal terms with Mainz and could join the club on a one-year loan deal with an option to make the move permanent.
“We have reached an agreement with Dominic. If it’s up to him, he’d join us right away,” Mainz manager Christian Heidel was quoted as saying by Kicker.
“However, we haven’t made a final decision on his arrival yet.”
Adiyiah has failed to make an impact for AC Milan since joining the club from Fredrikstad in January 2010.
