The Mirror reports that Sturridge fears he will be forced to quit the Blues in order to get his England career back on track.
The 22-year-old has blamed new Chelsea boss Roberto Di Matteo for missing out on England’s squad for the Euro 2012 this summer.
Manchester City, Arsenal, Spurs and Liverpool are all reportedly interested in the striker.
Chelsea are reportedly prepared to offer Sturridge to Arsenal as part of a move for England winger Theo Walcott.
Sturridge’s current contract at Chelsea is set to expire in the summer of 2014.
