The 17-year-old’s mother has revealed that her son has been handed a six-week trial by City.
Raul’s mum, Claudia Velador, told The People: “Raul will spend six weeks on trial with Manchester City.
“He’s been training with their reserves and academy for a fortnight. They’ve looked after him well and he is very happy there.”
