The Serbian defender has long been linked with a move away from Lazio after impressing in the Serie A for the club.
Real Madrid have previously been linked with a bid of around £15million for the defender.
Mancini told Radio Sei, when asked about their interest in the defender: “He is a very good player too. He is young. He has improved and can still improve.”
