Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is willing to sell the Togo international for around £21million, says News of the World.
A source told News of the World: “City made their interest known and have no problem finding the fee or increasing his pay. It is not definite Adebayor will leave Arsenal but looks more likely than last year.”
Adebayor was close to joining Italian giants AC MIlan last summer.
