Hart is keen to play regularly after impressing last season on loan at Birmingham.
The 23-year-old faces competition from Shay Given at Eastlands, but is not keen on sitting on the substitutes’ bench.
“It doesn’t really interest me if I’m honest, I’ve played a lot of football now and that’s all I want to do,” he told Sportsweek.
“At the moment all I’m doing is playing football in the first team.”
Hart added on a loan move: “It wouldn’t be up to me, Manchester City are in charge of me at the moment but if I wasn’t playing, I suppose I would have to reconsider.”
