Tevez is set to return from Argentina, where he has been recovering from a thigh injury that he sustained against Arsenal earlier this season.
Tevez will not feature against Lech Poznan in the Europa League on Thursday.
“Tomorrow he will be in Manchester and I think he will be ready for West Brom. If he is okay then he could be,” said Mancini.
“We will probably change some players for tomorrow because with a game every three days it’s impossible to play the same players.
“So we need to make changes but we have good players and they can put in some good work.”
