The 28-year-old has failed to impress at Inter, following his £13million move from Roma in the summer.
The Brazilian winger has made just nine starting appearances for Inter this season and reports claim he could be sold this summer.
“Even if up until now I have not been considered a lot, my desire is to stay with Inter,” Mancini told Rome based daily La Repubblica.
