Marino was sacked on December 22, but Udinese have struggled since then, taking just six points in eight games in the Serie A.
“Udinese Calcio confirm the squad has been handed back to Pasquale Marino and his staff,” read the statement.
“Udinese Calcio also thank Gianni De Biasi for his hard work and professionalism during this time.”
