Marseille forward keen on regular action

Brandao insists he has no plans of leaving Marseille in the January transfer window.

“I can’t be satisfied coming off the bench for five or ten minutes every game,” the Brazilian told Ligue1.com.

“I came to Marseille to play, not to be a substitute,”

“Two new players arrived – for the good of the club – and I accept competition. But I think I’m in a position to ask for more opportunities to play.

“In spite of the harsh criticism that I’m subjected to, I feel good about myself. I respect the choices of the coach and my team-mates, but I want to play more.

“[A transfer away from the club] is not on the agenda. I’m not thinking about it at the moment.”
