The Sun reports that Meireles is considering leaving the Blues following the sacking of Andre Villas-Boas.
Meireles is reportedly unhappy with the way Villas-Boas was undermined by the club, during his time in charge at Stamford Bridge.
Meireles joined Chelsea from Liverpool for £11million just seven months ago.
The 28-year-old midfielder is now considering leaving the Blues in the summer.
