There have been reports that the Scot could leave the club, but Moyes insists he will stay.
Moyes said: “No. I don’t think there has been any suggestion about that from me or certainly not from anyone I have spoken to.
“I am here and I will sign a new contract with Everton very shortly, maybe even before the weekend.
“Things are with lawyers now and everything might be done before the weekend.”
