Muntari joined Inter from Portsmouth last July and has made 26 league appearances for the club so far.
Reports have linked Muntari with a move to link up with his former boss, Harry Redknapp, at Tottenham.
“I’m not moving from Inter – I would be crazy to. I’m very, very happy here,” the 24-year-old said in the Daily Star.
“I’m in a winning team, at a great club and I want to keep winning at Inter.”
