Pandev will spend the season on loan with Napoli. The striker has failed to make the expected impact at Inter Milan, since joining the club from Lazio in January 2010.
“I am very happy to be able to play in the Champions League with a club like Napoli,” said Pandev.
“They are a very important club.”
Pandev’s current contract with Inter Milan is set to expire in the summer of 2014.
