Negredo has been linked with a return to Real Madrid in the press this week.
Real have an option to bring Negredo back to Real within the next two years for €17million.
“The Sevilla fans should not think about that. My mind is on Sevilla. I am happy because here they have given me the opportunity to play in a great team and I shall always be grateful,” he is quoted as saying by Marca.
“I have signed a five-year contract and I want to see it out. I’m very happy because I have also experienced the affection of the people here.
“I cannot say if Real Madrid want to sign me, but in pre-season they did not want me and fortunately I came here.”
