Newcastle United and Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly leading the race for England midfielder Kalvin Phillips.

The Telegraph reports that the Magpies and PSG are leading the race for Phillips, who is expected to leave City in search of regular football.

Phillips has made just two starts for City since joining the club from Leeds United in a massive £45million deal 18 months ago.

The 28-year-old has previously also been linked with a move to Italian giants Juventus, but that move seems to be off now.

Reports suggest that both Newcastle and PSG are keen to take the City midfielder on a loan with an option to buy at the end of the season.
