Norwich have beaten Swansea and Hull in the race to land the Spaniard.
“Liverpool have confirmed Daniel Ayala has completed his transfer to Norwich City,” read a statement on Liverpool’s official website.
The 20-year-old impressed while on loan at Hull and Derby last season.
