Nottingham Forest have made a bid for French midfielder Youssouf Fofana, according to The Athletic.
The bid made for the Monaco star, conveyed verbally, is said to amount to £29.8 million with potential add-ons.
Fofana, a member of France’s World Cup squad, was previously associated with interest from West Ham during the earlier part of the summer transfer window.
Presently, he remains under the watchful eye of multiple clubs.
