The Dutchman’s agent, Sigi Lens, has confirmed that the 34-year-old is set to return to his homeland when his Blackburn deal expires in the summer.
Lens told Sportweek magazine: “That transfer will go through. In fact all is done already.
“Andre has made his choice – he only wants to go to PSV. And the club is willing to fulfil our wishes.
“We only need to speak about some minor details and put pen to paper. I expect everything will be done in May.”
