“You have to be a strong club, and Real Madrid are one of the best, if not the best,” explained Panucci to Madrid’s official website. “You also need a great coach, and [Jose] Mourinho is. You need a great squad, which the team currently has.
“Mourinho’s project began this year and I hope he wins the title this season. I believe four or five very successful years are in store for Real Madrid because Mourinho knows how to be successful. I think the team has a great chance to win the Champions League.”
