He said: “‘Arnold is a good footballer and a kid with a good future in the game.
“I saw him play in a Toulon tournament a couple of years ago and he was outstanding ‘ absolutely top-class. I thought ‘What a player this boy is going to be’, but somewhere along the like with Rennes he’s fallen out of the picture.
“But I like him and think he can go on and do a job for us.”
