The Danish international has failed to make an impact at Anfield since joining Liverpool from Juventus in the summer.
Reports have linked Poulsen with a return to his former club Sevilla in the January transfer window.
“I do not comment on speculation,” Poulsen’s agent, Jorn Bonnesen, told Bold.dk about rumours linking Poulsen with Sevilla.
“Christian is happy to be in Liverpool.
“He is not one that sticks his tail between his legs and runs away.
“He is a type that will fight for his place and prove his worth.”
