The People reports that Real Madrid boss Jose Mourinho has been keeping tabs on Walker since the youngster’s impressive performance for England against Spain at this summer’s European Under-21 finals.
Walker’s current contract with Tottenham is set to expire in the summer of 2016.
Reports claim Spurs would not consider selling the 21-year-old for less than £20million.
