Real Madrid are reportedly planning to make a €100 million bid for Argentine forward Julian Alvarez.

Spanish outlet Fichajes reports that Real Madrid are looking to outbid rivals Barcelona for the Manchester City forward.

The Argentine forward has been a standout performer at Manchester City, and his potential inclusion in the Madrid line-up is expected to significantly bolster their attacking prowess.

If secured, he could emerge as a lynchpin in the offensive strategy of the Spanish giants, with the club reportedly willing to spend upwards of €100 million to ensure his signature, according to Fichajes.

Despite being an instrumental figure at City, the Argentine is believed to be contemplating a change in scenery to emerge from the sizable shadow cast by fellow teammate Haaland and to shine as a leading star in another top European club.
