Real Madrid ready to hand Pepe new deal

Spanish giants Real Madrid are reportedly ready to hand Portugal international Pepe a new contract.

The new deal would keep the highly rated centre-back at the Santiago Bernabeu until the summer of 2015.

The 27-year-old’s current contract is set to expire in the summer of 2012.

Spanish newspaper AS claims Real Madrid have offered the Brazilian-born defender a deal worth €2.8million net per season.
