The 30-year-old insists he is happy at Boca and is not too interested in a return to Europe.
“I am happy at my home and I want to play for many years at Boca,” Riquelme told Fox Sports Radio Del Plata.
“In Europe I had a year at Barcelona that wasn’t so good and after that I had four and a half years at Villarreal as good as at Boca.”
