The 37-year-old joined Valencia from Tottenham in the January transfer window in order to replace Timo Hildebrand.
The Veteran keeper has been offered a one-year contract extension by sporting director Fernando Gomez.
“I am happy within the Valencia squad and if the club wants me to stay, then I would be happy to sign with them,” Cesar said.
