Monaco have made a 4.5million euro bid to sign the former Hannover 96 and FC Basel star.
Kleber said: “They have already spoken with me so I only have to wait for authorisation from Santos.
“I will be back in Brazil on Friday and that same night I will be concentrating on Santos playing against America next weekend.”
